We put cameras where you want to see who came and went: at the street door, in the hallway, and in your shop.
Where should the first cameras go?
- The street door and the lobby.
- The mailboxes and the stairs.
- The back door and the alley.
- The register and the front door of a shop.
Will it look messy on my building?
It should not. We run cable inside the wall when we can. When we cannot, it goes in a straight metal pipe. The camera sits in its own housing, mounted square to the wall.
How do I look at the video?
The recorder stays in a closet or an office that you control, and most systems also let you watch on your phone. Before we leave, we show you how to pull up a clip.
How does the job go?
Tell us about the door on the phone, or text us a picture of it, and we give you a written quote before any work starts. We do the work, then you try the lock and the keys yourself before we leave.
Common questions
Can you use the cameras I already have?
Sometimes. Tell us the recorder and camera models, or send a picture, and we check.
How many do I need?
Start with the doors people use the most. A walk through the building or a few pictures is enough to plan it.
Can I put a camera in the hallway?
The rules differ for landlords, tenants, and shops, so find out what applies to you before you install.
